I provide a minimum of two prenatal visits either in your home if you're comfortable ( I am available via Zoom if preferred). These visits are usually about 2 hours long, but could be longer or shorter depending on your needs. During these visits, we get to know each other. I provide you and your partner with information about pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. We develop an individualized birth preferences sheet to go over with your provider. We also come up with affirmations for you to utilize daily and on the day of your birth.
